Our wine tasting event was fun. We raise a couple hundred dollars for Act for MS, and tasted some great wine from Dan's Wine Shop
on HWY 111. They are very knowledgeable and turned a lot of us on to Argentinian wines! Who knew?

(Bonnie) had a kettlebell workshop at
the gym. Owners from Revolution
Fitness in La Jolla came to train us in
6 basic kettlebell techniques. We had
a great time! Zach and I really pushed
ourselves and were sore for a few
days following! (A good sore of
course!) Enjoy some of the pictures.
