BARE MINIMUM PROGRAM.........................$ 49/MO
Agreements:
Initiation fees are waived for all annual contracts. Annual contracts are subject to an early termination fee of 20% of the
remaining balance. Month to month plans require an initiation fee. Any unused coaching sessions included in the Devoted and
Committed Programs are not carried over to the following month.
Changes in the monthly program are accepted with a 30 day notice at no extra charge.
Annual memberships may be put on freeze for $20/mo.
