During her school years in Canada Nancy excelled at track and field,
running the 400 meter and relay races. Taking this passion for
movement; following the birth of her two daughters, she started a
running club for other mothers in her neighborhood. Her natural
enthusiasm and encouragement kept them motivated even at the early
hour of 6am, 3 days a week.

In 1997 she moved to the Coachella Valley, continuing her enthusiasm
for an active lifestyle. She has since run several half marathons,
returning to Toronto to run one with her “moms running club”. Her
interests expanded to include weight lifting, spinning and boot camp.

Formalizing her education and deciding to make a career from her
passion for fitness, Nancy became a Certified Personal Trainer and
Spinning Instructor. Believing that nutrition is also important for a
healthy lifestyle she is also a Nutritional Consultant.

By combining nutrition advice as well as motivation, Nancy designs
programs that inspire and achieve real results.

Introducing nutrition and mind-body awareness to people is my passion.  Watching clients get
stronger, make incremental body changes, wear clothes they have not worn in years, gain more
self-esteem and re-gain mobility/balance/flexibility is the impetus for my being a personal trainer.

If you are committed to making lifestyle changes and are looking for a trainer who is professional,
empathetic and knowledgeable, please contact me. We can discuss your goals, develop a
program that fits your lifestyle and work together to achieve results.
